Jesse was very thorough and methodical. He took great notes and pictures of each finding and made it a point to educate me on what he was looking for and what he saw. Jesse is very knowledgeable on all aspects of building construction and codes. He did a wonderful job of showing and explaining in-depth each and every finding and the seriousness of any issues. They took the time to explain everything in detail, they prepared a very detailed report and they didn't mind me following up with them with some extra questions. Highly recommended.

JC Huggins inspected a home we were interested in purchasing. He spent an entire afternoon and part of the evening going over every nook and cranny of the interior and exterior of the home, as well as the pool and spa. The report we recieved was very impressive. Using colored pictures and easy to understand language, he explained all of his findings in detail. I would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Huggins was thorough and diligent during and after his inspection. He took hours to look over the building, and then explained all findings verbally on site so we could question anything. His report backed up all findings with both pictures and written descriptions in a manner that was easy to review. Thank you for a job well done, and we will also use Jesse in the future.
