Outstanding Sales and Service
We started visiting J Floyds about six months ago while in the Sevierville, TN area and could not be more pleased with the outstanding sales and service we have received each time we are there. The willingness to go the extra mile for their customers is unheard of thes...e days. Their prices are much lower than other stores we have shopped at and especially in our area of North Carolina. When we go in to shop we are always greeted by someone with a smile and they even know our names. The staff is very knowledgeable about new products on the market and about things they currently have in stock. We can't say enough good things about J Floyds. Thumbs up and five stars for you guys.
