I was completely horrified when we brought this cap gun home for our grandson and upon loading the roll of caps and pulling the trigger it started on fire after many caps did not even pop. Thankfully we had not put it in the hands of a child before this happened or our grandson's clothes or our house could have caught on fire. No excuse for this kind of marketing!

Like many of you, your kid loves dinosaurs. We bought the Dino Fossil Egg where it was on display in a store aisle. We took it home and started right into the "dig". Much to the tearful disappointment of my 5-yr-old son, there was a part missing. I notified Ja-Ru directly, via email, and got a prompt response which stated, "It is our policy to not replace defective toys but we will pass on the information to our Quality Control Department. Any replacement attempt would have to be made through the retail merchant." Well folks, you tell me what do you think my chances of getting a toy that is complete? I'll tell you.. ZERO! So, knowing that your child may be faced with a tearful afternoon over a $4.00 toy, you decide if it's worth it. It could have been a good toy for a dinosaur-loving kid, but I regret to having subjected my kid to that upsetting encounter. I would stay away from their junk.

I picked 1 star rating only because u did not have a zero to click on. I followed the directions on the back of the wood top.1 loop one end of the string around the wide end. 2.continue to wind the rest of the string around the pointed end in layers. 3.turn the top over in your hand and hold the string between two fingers. 4. throw top outward onto a hard surface and jerk the string back toward you. one the third attempt the string tangled itself around the top and with ( read #4) the jerk back toward you the wood top hit me in the mouth. Busted open my lip and cracked my front tooth. I recently had x-rays at the dentist. I will make an appointment 12/18/2010 and if the tooth was not cracked before then I will send you the invoice for you to pay to have my tooth fixed.

I just bought this for my 8 year old son today and upon firing it it shot flames out! VERY DANGEROUS. The second time he shot it it shot something out and put a red burn mark on my 3 year old daughter. Oh and also shot flames and burnt my son. What kind of pruducts are you people making?

Jaru Fun with ABC’s Magnetic Letters sold at Toys R Us in Australia are being recalled. This is because small parts may be released if the letters are dropped from a certain height, presenting a choking hazard and other hazards associated with loose magnets.

Actually I would rate this with zero stars but that was not an option. I purchased 3 of these at 99 cents each for party favors, assembled them per instructions....the only stunt performed was the "end over end" dead weight dive of death. A stick off the ground would have 'flown' better. This was true for all three, so was not just a fluke of manufacturing or packaging, or a damaged item...it is just a worthless design that has no right to be called a glider, or for the package to imply that the contents are capable of anything resembling flight. It's not so much the money....it is just the principle of selling something that is totally deceptive....I cant imagine that even the prototype version of this foamboard wonder ever did anything resembling a 'stunt', or even a straight ahead glide. So it is worse that disappointing...it is frustrating, especially for a child. I flew a hundred balsa wood gliders as a child, but this turkey will never fly. Don't clutter our landfills.

i bought my kids your cap gun from the dollar store and it caught fire while in my daughters hand. i did get my money back but i wanted to let you know how dangerous they are and that i will no longer be purchasing any toys from your company.

The fossil kit was missing one of the parts to the dinosaur that was supposed to be inside the fossil, my daughter was deeply disappointed because it was a christmas gift.

My grandson was visiting our camp and we walked to Kokatosi Campground in Raymond, Maine on Crescent Lake (a short distance from our camp on the lake). We always buy him a little something at the camp store. We were sorely disappointed this year with your product. #5431. Make your own bounce ball which will bounce higher than any ball you've had. What a joke. It bounced as well as a rock! Will no longer purchase your products in the future. What false advertisement! A very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
