Kris & Matt at Japanese Connection are really great! They always explain everything really well and their prices are so reasonable. We've had both our cars worked on with them and the work is always top-notch!

I've been going to the Japanese Connection for several years now. The prices are reasonable and they are honest. They are extemely knowledgeable and tell you exactly what needs to be done without tacking on unnecessary extras. I will continue to take my vehicle to them, and only them. Kraig and staff know what they're doing!

I called Kraig looking for a used car. He told me he would do his best to find a great car at a fair price, and he exceeded my expectations. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for, It took a couple weeks and a few auctions and he presented me with an amazing Honda with low mileage. I've been driving the car for about a month and I love it! I really feel like I got a great deal. I would highly recommend Kraig and his team.

We have a Honda Odyssey and CIVIC. Matt's extensive Honda experience will help you troubleshoot your vehicle over the phone. I felt they provided a great service for a reasonable price, much better than the dealership. If you have a Honda, this is the place to take you vehicle for repair.

When I first arrived in Colorado Springs in 1990 my beautiful new Honda sounded like the transmission wasn't going to last long. I took the car to the Honda Dealer and they gave me the runaround for a few hours and then told me how much it was going to cost to fix my 3 month old car. I wandered into Japanese Connection and asked them to give me a second opinion. Ten minutes later they gave me a sheet of paper with a part number on it and sent me back (no charge) to the Dealer with instructions on the warranteed repair I needed. I was a lifelong customer that day. Lots of things have changed, but not their integrity or pleasant customer service. In all this time I have never had issue with any repair they have made for me. I cannot recommend them enough!

We just moved to Colorado Springs and my husband and I have a Subaru and a Honda. We found lots of great reviews on Japanese Connection and tried it out. We were very impressed by the friendly service and knowledge of the mechanics. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about their customers. We had a great first impression and will be back for our maintenance on both of our cars!
