Jazz Jewelers & Loan

I recently sold some scrap, and some good jewelry. I had never done this before.. they made it easy and made me feel comfortable. The only drawback is you aren't allowed to see the scale or weight total. I probably wouldn't know what I was looking at anyway, but it would have been more comforting to have viewed the process. I got more than I expected for my gold and the kind manner in which I was treated, more than made up for not seeing the scale :-) I would go back again, for sure. I would highly recommend Jazz to anyone looking to sell their treasures in these hard times.

I was very satisfied with my experience this week at Jazz Jewelers. I sold several pieces of gold to Travis and received a very good price for them. Travis was very knowledgable and fair in his pricing strategy. Having worked in the jewelry industry myself for 20 years, I had a very good idea of the value of my pieces. I shopped around and found Travis offered the highest bid for my gold. Not only was his bid the highest, he paid in cash! I would recommend Jazz Jewelers over any other gold buyer in the Tampa area.

It was two days before Christmas and I was completely broke!! I wasnt able to get 1 single gift for my child, let alone gas and etc. I wanted to get a loan on my ring, and Travis made it quick and easy. He asked me how much I needed, and in what seemed like 5 minutes, I received just what I asked for! It was definitely worth the drive!! If you are ever in a bind and have jewelery to sell or loan, no matter the size or weight of it, I RECOMMEND JAZZ JEWELERS & LOAN!!! Travis was very professional and polite!! Best experience I have ever had! Please try Jazz Jewelers before any pawn shop! They truly do pay you MORE for your jewelery. Thank you Travis!!!!!

Jazz Jewelers is by far the BEST place to go to if you want to get the most money for your jewelry!!!I have gone to several other jewelry pawn shops,and they ALL had one or more of the following issues that made me feel like I was being taken advantage of and being ripped off when trying to sell my jewelry: 1) They didn't weigh the gold in front of me.One jewelry pawn shop, in particular, by the name of Sergio Jewelry in Tampa (on Gunn Hwy) did this EVERY time I came in there to inquire an estimate on my gold jewelry.I finally got so fed up with this place that I just asked them if they weigh all & everyone's jewelry items in the back office(where the scale is located),and their response was "yes."THAT IS JUST SO SHADY TO ME!!! 2) The employees are very rude.At Jazz Jewelers, the owner, Travis Owen, is a VERY down-to-earth person & SO honest that you immediately feel comfortable when you're there. 3) They all paid with checks.At JJ, you're only paid with cash! THANK YOU TRAVIS SO MUCH!

Jazz Jewelers is one class act don't go anywhere else. Thought I would get $600.00 to a $1000.00 came out with $1400.00. Thank you very much will not do businss anywhere else.

From the moment I walked in, they were very pleasant. Travis look at the gold I was trying to get rid off and he really gave a good offer, he did not low ball my jewelry, they really do PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR YOUR JEWELERY!!!! Definitely will go back if I need to sell more of my jewelery.

It really makes me happy to see that there are still honest buisnesses around in these sensitive times. I was able to get a proper test on my jewelry and thee most fair offer for my gold. I was in last Saturday to sell some old gold. Travis was very honest and paid a fair value in my opinion. He is very personable and his helper and I had some fun together joking and talking. I'm very pleased and will recommend Jazz Jewelers to anyone who is selling some old gold or could use his business services. My only concern was the address being wrong in so many places online when I researched Jazz Jewelers before calling them. Sure glad I did since I drove a good way to get there - but it was well worth the trip!! Thanks Travis :)
