i wish i could rate this busness with no stars i was very upset when i went to sell my old gold thier he wouldnt even pay half the retail value of gold also he was very rude to me once he realized i was wearing my yamica. He made me wait aslong as he could and even was arguing with his wife about making me wait overall DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Left a bracelet to be repaired and it took 7 weeks. After 4, after being promised it was ready and owner yelled that he works 12 hours a day and pretty much touch luck, you will get it when I get to you. Stay away!!!

This jewelry store has a wide variety of merchandise, as well as catalogs to order from. Jewel Craft out beats the prices by far from those chain jewelry stores in the mall!!! I have found my new jeweler!! Also, repairs are much, much cheaper than the mall jewelers and the work is done on-site opposed to be shipping out to a repair facility and having to wait a minimum of 2 weeks or longer.

Gary Framson the owner was helpful and patient. The store had a large inventory of jewelry so that I found exactly what I was looking for. A later appraisal proved Jewelcraft to be trustworthy.
