Jewelry Exchange
Most of their diamonds in the cases are all yellow. Good think he didnt get my diamond ring there. He said he felt like he was on a street corner in Boston. "Guys dont buy diamonds there"

Jewelry Exchange
Hi my name is Michelle and I brought a ring a jewlery exchnge and the customer service was horrible. Not only to mention the ring I brought is now giving me a rash and the ring is not worth the money I paid. I would just like to mention that any good reputable diamond jewerly store will buy back their ring so buyer beware. I would suggest that anyone reading this and has fallen into a similar situation with the jewlery exchange store send in a coplaint to the attorney general office.

Jewelry Exchange
I purchased diamond studs at the Jewelry Exchange less than 2 months ago. I was initially thrilled with my purchase, upon closer inspection I was able to see significant "peppering" in both diamonds, the cuts of each stud were slightly different and the sizes were not particularly well matched. PLEASE do your homework before going to buying from them to ensure the quality is acceptable to you - they do not give refunds - ever (exchanges only)! Most concerning was the poor quality of the settings / posts / backs of the earrings. The settings are cheap, the prongs are not properly positioned and the backs come off to easily. I called to express my concern and they told me that for $50 they could change them to "screw backs" (which apparently they do by replacing the post and back) and that all of their studs came with this standard setting, there were no other options. I already lost an earring as due to the poor quality posts / backs!!!
