Jing Jing, Palo Alto
Unsurpassed for spicy, hot, fresh food. Their dry sauteed shredded beef is outstanding. Everything on the menu is terrific. The service is excellent and the crew is hard-working and friendly. We go directly from the airport to Jing Jing whenever we return to California. We have eaten at many fancier and much more expensive Chinese restaurants and have found none better.
