Johns Citgo

Just a quick note to all. Last week I hit a curb on RT 1A and blew out two tires on my car. I went to a shop on 1A and they did not have the tires I needed and told me it would take several days to get them, I figured I was going to have to rent a car, as I was walking to the train station I saw the Citgo station and went in. To my surprise they had my tires in stock and got me rolling in less than an hour. When I returned home I checked out the price of the tires on line and was surprised to see that the Citgo was very close to the advertised on line price. Thank you to John.

I just want to let everyone know that John's shop is great. They will be honest with you about what you need. They will explain the correct way to fix it and how a cheeper way may not be the correct or a safe way to do it. Just ask and they will listen...

I locked my keys in my car @ zumis coffee shop in Ipswich, and asked who to call to help me, that is when another patron told me about John @ Johns citgo. When I called the man said he would be down in a few min to get it unlocked for me. Well Thank you because in about 10min I was on my way back to my Grandsons house.. A little help goes a long way........

A little more than a year ago, I took my car to Johns Citgo for the first time on the advice of a friend and have been a loyal customer ever since. I know John will not charge me for work to my car I don't need but when there is an issue, he will give me my options and get it it fixed for less than what I would pay at a dealer. Trust and honesty are important to me and Johns Citgo has earned that trust from me.

Just a quick note for all. I have a 2001 Honda civic that was not doing so well, But after John looked at it and fixed a few front end parts and performed a front end alignment it is like new again. I am going to buy 4 new cooper tires next week and then I will be ready for my trip to ct.

I went in to see John about a price on 4 new tires for my suv, and he priced out two types of tires and explained to me the benefit of both, once I explained to him the type of driving I do he said that the Cooper CS4 was my best bet. The price included everything and he also said that because I bought the tires from him that I get free road Hazz warrenty. My tires were installeed in less than one hour. I just finished my first cup of complimentery coffee. Also i received a visa gift card valued at 50.00 for purchasing a set of four new tires....I am a Happy Customer of John's Citgo in Ipswich Mass.
