Amazingly, she is still one of the very few remaining that really gives that extra effort to make everything special and perfect. If you want to feel pampered, paid attention to and listened to what you want in a haircut/hair color ~ then I strongly recommend Juli Edwards. You will leave her salon feeling like you have a "one of a kind" haircut style with a color to brag about and people WILL stop to ask you where you get your hair done.
