This company does not stand behind their products. We purchased a face mask from Tulsa Airsoft for $40. After being used one time, the mask was literally falling apart. When I tried to return it 14 days later, not only would they not refund my money, but accused me of lying about the mask only being used one time. We have purchased over $500 in guns, scopes, etc from this store and had hoped for more intergrity from a local company than this.

i have bought 1 aeg and 1 gas blowback M9, both have preformed very well, and the group i play with have all bought guns from there, and out of the 10 or so guns we have only a few hav had any problem right of the bat, most of those problems happen when we treat the gun to hard, the good thing is that they can also service them there, but just like at a dealership, the techs need to be paid for their knowledge,

we all have something we love and mine is airsoft. I know people might have good idea about TULSA AIRSOFT but me NO! I WILL NOT STAND FOR MY GUND BEING BROKEN AND NOT REFUNDED OR EVEN FIXED THERE FOR I WILL NOT BUY ONE MORE AIRSOFT GUN FROM TULSA AIRSOFT! give me a oorah! if you agree

I am confused as to the negative comments about the store. This place was great! They helped me find a starter gun, talked to me about EVERYTHING you could think of for it, and sounded like they knew what they were doing. Even though they sometimes left to go help another customer, they ALWAYS found another guy to help answer all my questions. Their guns get a little pricey, but so do online guns, and they have, or will get, any of a wide variety of guns, including well-priced metal-gearboxed ones. And the location just happens to be convenient!

Tulsa Airsoft will not stand behind their guns they sell. Bought one lasted less than 30Minutes and fell apart they would not repair or exchange instead wanted to charge another ten dollars for the parts to fix. I have to say this is poor customer service and I will tell everyone I know just what kind of business they are and advise anyone that wants to buy a airsoft gun to avoid these peaople.

this store is simply amazing, top of the line gear, weapons, and addon's. basic metal gearbox guns start as low as 160-169$, if they dont have what your looking for, they can order it as well. bought my jg m733 from here, and most of my upgrades from this store. if your looking to get into airsoft and out of paintball. Tulsa Airsoft is the way to go, (Tulsa Airsoft is the stores New Name. FYI) OORAH!

don't go any where else for service.Tulsa Airsoft is how i got started into the sport, i told them my style and they matched up weapons and gear that would fit me. OORAH!

Tulsa airsoft is the best airsoft place ive ever been to. They treat u really well and are knowledgable in airsoft. Anyone who dislikes them doesnt know what they are talkin about.

The best damed airsoft store between St. Louis and Dallas. Good people, fair prices and they support the sport.

Tulsa airsoft is an excellent local airsoft shop. they are always friendly and helpful. i strongly recommand this shop to all airsofters.

we found Tulsa airosft superstore on 61st and mingo. they have several sales associates there to help you get the best gun fits in your budget and two gun tech to work / upgrade on airsoft guns. they are very nice people. they provide the largest airsoft selections than any other airsoft retailers. they also have a 5000 sq ft airsoft facility for war game simulations, airsoft training, tournament and much more. they hold game every sunday as a leader of local airsoft cummunity. now every sunday i go to their field to play with them. their price might be 10 or 20 bucks more than online shop . but we all perfer to go to a retail shop where you can talk to people face to face and see and hold the airsoft guns there. they also offer 14 days warrenty that if any of your airsoft guns you brought from them broke, they will take care it. that is sth online shop can not do. all in all, i rate the tulsa airsoft superstore 5 stars. if you love airsoft then support your only local reatiler!!!

Do NOT, under any circumstances, do business with JungleToy. I had never been the victim of a blatant scam until I ordered one product from them at the beginning of summer, 2008. It never arrived, so I reported the issue to PayPal. JungleToy blamed UPS, then stopped responding to my emails. PayPal had to resolve the issue by re-claiming my credit expenditure (approximately $120). In short, the company simply took my money, then pretended like it had delivered my order, then cut off all communication with me. BAD BUSINESS. They don't even deserve one star, let alone five.

The store could be cool if they fired all the duche Bags.
The last two times I have been there (the last time I will ever go there) they tried to add extra charges and lied about items quality.

I wanted to like this place but they need to remember why they are there and quit screwing the customers.
