Debbie, The level of customer service you provide is exceptional. Not only did you make the 'cute' dumb roofing lady look better than she has in years, you and your staff also renewed a sense of security and confidence that I felt when I first arrived in Mississippi. Since the loss of my daughter, I have discovered that I am a different person, I have been trying to find out who the new me is and all three of you ladies helped me see that yesterday. The sense of humor, enthusiasm and energy levels was beyond my belief. I came into the salon today with a disaster! I tried to color my own hair and wanted a nice blonde color and got a yellow blonde mess. I had absolutely no idea what to do to fix it and was terrified that if I tried another color I would cause further damage to my hair. I worked with Debbie and she was able to add a color that would not add additional damage to my hair and even restore it back to its original softness. I?m new to the area and went to them based on their web site information and it was the best choice that I could have made. Debbie knew exactly what she was doing; she not only fixed my horrible yellow blonde hair, but gave me a great trim, eye wax, and some wonderful shampoos and conditioners to help me keep my healthy, soft, locks! My daughter wanted a multitude of colors in her hair and not knowing anyone who had that done, I had to use my intuition. A hair style like that can be a disaster if not done properly. Fortunately I contacted Just My Style. First thing they did a consultation so everyone understood what was wanted and how it could be done. Then the appointment. Dawn did her hair and was so meticulous about getting it "right". It turned out better than either me or my daughter could ever hope for. It was PERFECT! The colors... The cut... Thank you, Dawn, for the time and expertise. You are worth a MILLION!!!

Debbie Kilpatrick is the first person in 10 years I have let come any where near my hair. Not only did she do a fantastic job but actually listened to me when I said I did not want to cut a lot of my hair off. I have always had long hair and no one has ever bothered to pay attention to what I said I wanted. My hair looks great.

Just My Style is a fantastic salon. Debbie Kilpatrick is a wonderful owner/manager as well as a great sytlist. I have been a client of Debbie's for over 4 years moving with her to two different salons. Over those years she had become my trusted advisor and a great friend. I have changed my hair styles dramatically over the past four years and she has never let me make a bad decision. I have come to rely on Debbie to keep me "looking good".
