Kabuke Japanese Steak House

I went and ordered chicken dish with rice and the taste was amazing. I've been eating Asian food since I was a child and never before had I ate rice that was so delicious. The portions were generous, I took home enough for the next days lunch. The service was a little slow maybe because they were busy getting ready for the dinner crowd on a Friday, Atmosphere clean.

go there often and very happy with what they have, never a bad experience there. Just becuase they don't speak very good english doesn't make it a bad restaurant

I honestly don't know what these poor reviews are about...sure they don't speak the best english, but it's japanese..what do you expect? The food is delicious, the prices are amazing and the size is more than enough. best lunch spot around and great sushi...spicy girl roll is out of this world

Food is really good and the habachi grill chef and show is a lot of fun!! Service was very slow as it was 45 minutes after our reservation before they even took our order and over an hour before the chef arrive to cook our food. Worse part was that as we were going to the parking lot and the cashier chased us down demanding a higher tip. We had already provided more than adequate tip (ignoring the super-slow service) and they demanded even more. Later heard the same story from 2 other families -I'm sure that there must be more!

The food is brilliant. Most things that come out of the kitchen will be well prepared, in one fashion or another. Most importantly, the sushi is most usually fresh, and the lunch deals are great; the highlight of it all is Monday, for their $1 sushi nigiri pieces. Go in on a Monday anytime and get a full plate of above average quality pieces for $20, a bowl of Miso for cheap, and almost everyone who sits at the sushi bar will find a complimentary appetizer from the extremely friendly and polite sushi chef. My only complaint is that they're somewhat slow often, so their waitresses have nothing to do. That means they may or may not simply stand close to you for your whole meal, which may not be rude, but it certainly seems rude. I recommend the place as a person who for a year has tried to get there every Monday or whenever I could for lunch specials

great sushi, good service, the waitresses were wonderful with my kids, even taught them some japanese and seated us away from the "fire" (hibachi grill) at my 7-yr old's request. good for take out too!

food well prepared, fresh, very nicely presented with artistry. i am glad to have such a nice place locally. i was fine with the staff courtesy, a place like this gets stessed because the country folk around here go out to the diner more where prices are lower and its a challenge to keep standards high, but this restaurant has managed quite well.

I could care less if the waitress is nice or not (they are always very attentative) . They have awesome sushi! Love them
