Keegan's Seafood Grille has been a locals favorite since 1985 for it's fresh and innovative seafood served in a casual family friendly atmosphere. Featured on the Food Network show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives were a few of our signature dishes, charbroiled octopus, seafood gumbo, parmesan encrusted Mahi- Mahi and the ever popular blackened grouper. Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, stop in and have a homemade sangria.
Talk about a rip off, 20 bucks for a 6oz previously frozen dried out piece of fish. crap! sandwiches also skimpy and $9!! lame dont waste your time, the owner should be ashamed of his portions and suppliers. Go to JD's for a bargain and PJ's or crabby's for quality. By Jack Capozzi on July 31, 2009 at 02:46 PM
We have lived in the area for over 5 years and had not yet tried Keegan's. After seeing it on Food Network, we thought we had missed out on a local favorite and decided to try it today for lunch. I ordered the CharBroiled Amberjack sandwich for $8.95. It came with either pasta salad or home fries. I chose the pasta. The fish was ok. The portion of pasta salad was huge but not very good so I did not eat much of it. My husband ordered the Blackened Grouper dinner for $17.95. It came with home fries, vegetable & bread. My husband asked if he could have salad in place of potatoes & bread due to his diet. They said no, but they could give him double vegetable instead of potatoes. His double vegetable was 2 broccoli trees instead of one and they were cold. His fish was very small, partially undercooked and blackening seasoning was not spicy at all. Atmosphere and service both blah. We will not return. We will stick to places we've enjoyed like PJ's, Shell's, Salt Rock Grill or The Pub. By Largo resident on April 26, 2008 at 02:23 PM
