We will provide the seller with a notarized bill of sale and we can electronically notify the Louisiana Department of Motor Vehicles that the vehicle's ownership has been transferred. We provide the buyer with a notarized motor vehicle title and a registration application. The buyer then brings these documents, along with proof of insurance, to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to register the vehicle in his or her name and obtain a license plate. Using our mobile notary service provides convenience for both the buyer and seller as all of the necessary paperwork is taken care of at the point of the sale. No need for the seller and new buyer to have to leave the vehicle until they can find a notary.
