I was very pleased with KBD Construction. Kevork oversaw the rebuilding of my porch. He bid a very competitive price, kept to the price and, when we had change orders with the subcontractor, saved me $8000 off their initial cost and $1500 off what I would have been willing to pay. He was professional and conscientious and did an excellent job for me. The porch turned out excellent. After collecting several bids from various contractors, I awarded my project to KBD Construction for their affordable price quote and the professional staff. The owner who is also the general contractor impressed me with his industry and expertise knowledge and my first impression was pleasant. To say the least, that first impression remained the same after the job was completed. My projects involved a kitchen remodel, painting the exterior of the house and remodeling/renovating my three bathrooms. The materials that I had used and bought were mainly recommended by Kevork Douzadjian, the owner of KBD Construction. Not only his vendors were the most affordable, but they saved me three times as less as the Home Depot would've charged for plain kitchen cabinets. The cabinetry is a work of the art, made of solid wood and I can't stop enjoying the way my new kitchen looks like.
