Ozark Outdoors Riverfront Resort

I have been a customer of Ozark Outdoors for 15 years and have gotten to personally know Robert Bass and his top staff including Ray. I have witnessed issues over the years and Mr. Bass absolutely has no latitude for inappropriate behavior at his facility. Customer are not, if you display bad behavior and do not abide by the reasonable rules and policies of Ozark Outdoors Mr. Bass will ask you the first time to get the behavior inline, provided that whatever the infraction is not over the top. But, if the behavior is innappropriate to family values your asked to leave and that demand is enforced. I have personally rode with Mr. Bass and when he needs to intervene in a issue he does so with fairness, tact and diplomacy. He knows how to read the situation and acts accordingly. So, in my opinion the author of the Spineless Jellyfish review is not telling the whole story. Ozark Outdoors Riverfront Resort is an awesome campground with many great amenities.

Facilities are great, most people there were nice, rivers awesome! Some people on the river decide to start trouble w/me take my shoes throw them, call names and then they even get out of their canoes on the beach and assault me - the owner Bear Bass, does nothing. I gave him canoe numbers - does nothing to help, absolutely nothing - will never go back to his establishment again and suggest no one else does either!
