I just purchased a beautiful lengha I've only seen in movies, I can't wait to wear it!!!! This store is only for people with exquisite taste and believe me the prices are resonable compared to Jackson heights, jersey city etc. We were very impressed by The employees there especially reading these dreadful reviews!!! Everyone is so nice they're even alterating my two year old lengha that was not purchased there!!!! Txs from a very satisfied customer!!!!!!!

Went there to buy a Choli for my wedding and they were so helpful. They have on site tailoring so if you came from far away they can do the work right there in the store. I cam back in an hour and it was done. They have the most beautiful designs and bead work.

Its not just about making a sale but in order to keep a customer one needs to provide great customer service after the purchace too. I bought two outfits from her one needed alerations, two weeks later i recieved the outfit with half the alterations not done anf the other half looked like were done by a 10 year old (no offence to all the 10 year olds that can sew). 6 weeks later i am still waiting, at this time i am trying to deal with this tthrough my mastercard. My advice DONT EVER GO TO THAT STORE.

I went to several different stores to look for a salwar kameez. Many of the salwars were quite expensive, but fortunately, I was able to find one reasonably priced. They stitched the salwar according to my measurements and promised me that it would be ready to pick up by 6:00 pm, the following Thursday, one week from the time that I purchased it. When I called on Thursday, they said to be there by 6:00 pm. Something told me to go after 6 pm, and when I arrived at 6:23 pm to pick up the salwar, the tailor was still stitching it in her hand! I was shocked as they were not the least bit concerned about keeping their word and had to wait an additional 15 minutes before it was stitched. Although I am of Indian background, I do not speak Hindi and found that the salespeople were somewhat more receptive to English-speaking people than that of other stores. But overall, I would not go to this place again, as a customer, it was a rather unpleasant experience.

Has the owner of this place Dolly heard of common etiquettes or manners. She really needs to be in a boarding school with nuns and some humbleness drilled into her . Nice stuff but overpriced and extremely rude owner and employees. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE ........

Khazana at Oak tree have beautiful collection of Indian Outfits. I got very preety engagement and wedding outfit from there. I got ample of compliments and appreciation when i wore it on my special occassion. I advice everyone who wants to purchase outfit for their special occassion to go to khazana for shopping. They guarantee that one looks gorgeous and beautiful in their clothes. And that is absolutely true.

One can purchase outfit online, but they do not gaurantee you a best fitting to your body measurement. So according to me best place to go and shop is Khazana. No matter what size you are. Khazana in New Jersey have a beautiful collection of designer wears and they do alteration very professionally. I was very satisfied with their alteration and was very happy to get a perfect fitting to my body measurements.

Khazana has a very good collection of designer Clothes. I totally disagree with people who says that they do not provide good customer service. I experienced a best customer service at that boutique. I wanted to buy my engagement outfit and I went to all different boutiques at oak tree road, New Jersey. I dint find anything good anywhere. None of the sales people at all these boutiques took time to show me the outfit i want. I was hesitant to go to khazana because of the all negative review i read. But at last i thought to just go and experience myself the customer service at khazana and to see if i get success in getting my outfit. As soon as i entered i was accompained by the sales lady who showed me a variety of different lenghas in all different range. I ended up buying a beautiful Lengha and also two very trendy chudidars. I thanks to Dolly and staff for suggesting me a very nice outfit for a great day in my life. You can find outfits from best designers under one roof of Khazana.

I went there with a friend of mine. She is Indian and we negotiating for me to get a nice outfit. After trying on several, we began bargaining. This is what everyone in that area does. The owner said that we were just cheap and treated us like dirt. She is awful and has no business tact whatsoever. You can get more bang for your buck by buying something online -- from the actual designer's WEBSITE! -- and not have the pain and agony of dealing with this woman. Also, if you like Ritu Kumar outfits, just go to her website. Ritu Kumar should not use this awful hag of a purported "business owner" to sell any of her artpieces. And, BTW, she has a sales associate -- a young man -- dressed in all white leather like he just stepped out of the 70's (or some wack Bollywood film). That guy needs to get a grip... he's so over the top and the worst salesperson ever.
