I sent and XBOX 360 in w/RROD. They fixed it, added the improved cooling and had it back to me in less than 2 weeks. The device has worked perfectly since. A pleasure doing business with them.

Ten positve reviews from your hometown in one day seems fishy. The fact that 4 of them talked about "shipping" makes it even more bogus. Nice try. All the negative reviews tell the true story

Last year the laser in my PS3 stopped working. KGR had reasonable rates and paid for shipping at the time. I shipped my PS3 to them along with a check for the service. They shipped the PS3 back to me a few weeks later with what sounded like a small piece of plastic rattling around inside and never having cashed the check. The PS3 still didn't work. I called them up to find out what the deal was. They said that they would take a look at it but that I had to pay to ship it back to them. I refused and then inquired into what happened to the check. All of a sudden the girl on the phone who I am assuming is the owner's girlfriend became frantic about the check - she didn't know what happened to it and wanted it bad - it was all she cared about. She didn't give a hoot about my still broken PS3. She ended up hanging up on me when I demanded they pay for the shipping. I took it to a local merchant who fixed it. KGR did install the new laser, just not properly.

Yellow light of death caused me to part with my PS3. I had to face the facts that I couldn't get it back. So I bought another console from Knights Gaming at a great price. Truth is Sony wont do anything to fix it for a reasonable price and they made the piece of junk to only last a few years anyways. Knights Gaming did a great job of taking care of me and my needs.

My experience was excellent as not only did they replace my crashed PS3 with a slim refurb, but they were able to locate HDD data and upload to slim.. Also yearly they will maintain my slim at no extra cost.. I will continue to recommend them to everyone in need..

I had them repair our PS3's YLoD about 5 months ago, it was a reasonable rate, but the shipping killed. The PS3 worked fine until a few weeks ago. I do not blame them, I knew that it was more of a temporary fix and already blamed Sony for the early models failures. They offered me a fair trade-in price on a slim model that have a much lower failure rate, but I did not have the extra money at the time.
A few weeks ago I got the Yellow Light of Death again and fixed it myself without taking it apart using the "Hair Dryer" trick, it worked again for 2-3 weeks and went YLoD again. I did the hair drier trick again last night and it worked again. Now I'm going to trade-in for a slim while it's still working.

Granted I'm local to Salt Lake City and can walk into their repair shop but don't think that would make a difference. I just had an Xbox fail that they had previously repaired (different issue than the current problem). I walked in, told them the problem, and walked out with a replacement -- no charge, no hassle. Can't ask for more than that. They are customer focused and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!!

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! After a year and a half of dealing with Dustin and his crew by phone and emails, we have no
PS3 system or refund. We are out $220.00 after purchasing a refurb. unit that didn't work! Very dishonest people at this company!!

You should probably stick to World of Warcraft, you and your alliance gnome's have no business fixing peoples playstations. Your repair on my playstation took over two weeks, and when I got it back it failed within 2 hours. I wish I saw the bad reviews before I sent you my playstation. You can tell you get one bad review spammed by 5 good ones. I wonder where those came from? It is clear you are creating accounts and reviewing yourselves to cover up the bad ones. Businesses like yours should close up the shop and retire back to mommy's bedroom and continue to swarm the horde. By the looks of the picture of yourself on your website, it's safe to say your an alliance gnome mage!

Called first phone number, voicemail said call second phone number. Second phone number voicemail said call first phone number (should of quit then). There business office (if you can call it that) is dirty, dusty and the place smells like a cat box. They told me 5 days to repair, 2 weeks later, multiple unanswered phone calls and an $80.00 charge to my bank account I finally drove down there. They told me that they had lost my X-Box (which means gave it to another customer) and gave me an inferior X-Box in return. And no apology for anything.
Got home and the power cord did not fit, had to drive back again with my original power cord to show them. They gave me a power cord that fits the crappy X-Box they gave me to replace the one they LOST (once again no apology for messing up). Three hours later I get home and the X-Box that I received does not have a memorycard and will not save any game, create profiles and is basically a piece of junk. These guys are SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY........

I sent in my nintendo Wii to get the laser replaced. It took longer to get back than the time that they gave. I had to call them twice and they had no customer service type attributes. They told me it would be ready in a day and I called them two days later. They swore that they called me and told me it was ready but they NEVER did. Went in and got the wii brought it home and played it for a half hour and then it stopped working and has not worked since. I don't believe that they ever changed the laser. They took my money and never fixed my system. They screwed me over, they are scammers I will NEVER EVER return to their business.

Wow, I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. The shop smells like a pet store, first of all. Nobody said anything to us so we had a seat and waited. A few minutes later a vendor or somebody came in... a guy on the phone shouted for another guy and they proceeded to bicker at each other about going to the bank to pay the delivery guy. Unbelievable! "Why don't you get off your butt and get on the bus! Why is it always me!" I guess taking a quick trip to the bank is a huge deal worth arguing about in front of customers. We waited and saw a new vendor come in... guy on the phone says to him "Uh you can wait while i help all these customers (one other guy was waiting) and then I'll go to the ATM or you can just take a check." Vendor doesn't care... he'll take a check? What's with the attitude? We waited for another 15 or so minutes without anybody saying a word to us and decided we didn't want these idiots working on our equipment anyway.

Repair lasted for about 2 months. Shipped it back to them for a warrenty repair but was told they could not repair it. They wanted to sell me a used slim that had far less capabilities then the one I had and also wanted to charge me a "bench fee" even though there was a warrenty. They are scamers and you should avoid them. Check the review at the BBB web site.

Sent in my 60GB PS3 for repair and never heard back. They claim it was stolen. After invoicing them for the cost of the unit and the extras that were installed they wanted to talk. They sent me another 60GB unit which did not work properly. After a few hours of playing it went into a flashing yellow state. They need to close their doors!

I ordered a power supply for my PS3 from these guys. It only cost me $25 including shipping. I ordered it Monday June 21, 2010 and recieved it today - Wednesday June 23, 2010. Installed it and I am back up and running.
I have read some poor reviews online, but my experience was all positive.
Thank you for your fast and inexpensive service!

Check Better Business Bureau, they are rated an F! They fixed our ps3's YLOD but after a year, it broke again. It's possible that they use inferior heat sync compound, or just did a lousy job reflowing it. They also charged for parts that I probably didn't need. They had wonderful customer service at first, but now that I am trying to contact them for help, they are blowing me off and being rather hostile. I'm filing complaints with BBB and making sure people don't fall for this.

That person who you claim to be your competitor in florida posting bad reviews about you seems to actually be someone from new york. Did you even look at his profile? user 9189 registered in 2006. there's even a phone number with a 315 area code! instead of you blaming your customers, blaming your competitors and making excuses about the need for reposting good reviews, you probably should start taking some responsibility and focus on WHY you have so many bad ones. Who knows you might even get some credibility back.
June 16, 2010 by Anonymous in Flushing, NY
The person below is our competitor in Florida. He is looking to bash are reviews and make us look bad. We personally posted all the good reviews from every site that people posted on, and put some of them here. Why? Because they posted on there website the worst possible reviews they could find to bash all there competitor; Here is there link about bashing others: http://www.rsolpc.com/gaming/ps3/repair/default.htm They are located in Florida as from there post is.
Here is all the links where all these posts came from:

When considering sending my wii to them i read their reviews. ALL of the "good" reviews are from people in "Salt Lake City, UT" but all of them talk about shipping their console or parts or whatever but the company is located in Salt lake City!
In the google reviews the owner was posting good reviews for themselves. 1 had his account name, the second had another name under his account! How bad must a company be when they have to try to cheat the review system to make themselves look better?
Some of these fake reviews even have 1 2 or several weblinks to the "good" reviews.
I will not be sending my stuff to them.

Just had some work done on my XBOX at their local office. Took 10 minutes while I waited. Very nice facility. Very transparent in all their business. Good honest guys. Will return for preventative maintenance on my PS3 and/or YLoD when/if it happens.

I just got my X-Box back from these kool kat's, and it works like a charm! It cost me $70.00 for repairing a fried GPU and a high powered fan. The 'ol boy even did some modifications and upgrades for free...yes you heard right, FREE. This meant a lot to me as I have been unemployed for over a year, and it was all the money I could muster to have the repairs done. I highly recommend this establishment for any and all gaming need's. They had X-Box 360 controllers for $20.00 that retail for $50.00. I don't need one now but when I do I'll be back. There is a certain kind of computer geek charm to the joint I found fun...well as fun as getting your console fixed could be anyway. The were pleasant and professional about the whole process. I got my console back within the 72 hour time they quoted me just like the website states. Apparently for an additional twenty bones they will get it to you within a couple hour's. So if time is of the essence, there is that option available. Thanx K.G.R.

Excellent customer service and guaranteed job. I sent the console twice and they couldn't fix it. They make a disclaimer from the beginning that they will make their best effort but they can't guarantee the console will be repairable. They paid for shipping twice yet they refunded every single dime, including the shipping I paid. I even got a great deal on a refurbished unit. Unbelievable service. Great customer service and communication. Super fast turn around. I was really impressed with them.

PS3 LASER failure - Ordered a replacement LASER assembly from KGR. Part was received within three days of placing the order online. Followed KGR's instructional video on replacing the LASER assembly with no problems. Time spent replacing assembly... 10-15 minutes. Problem solved.
