Knittle's Towing Inc

I was recently driving down the interstate traveling next to a Knittles towing truck, when a large gray bin made of heavy plastic flew off the back of the truck. The bin hit my car and dented the side ot it. I collected all the information on the truck and called Knittles once I could look up their phone number. The gentlemen who answered was very rude and defensive and claimed that I was lying. He refused to dicuss the issue like an adult and I now have had to file a police report and go through my insurance company to get the dent fixed. I do not recommend using this company.

This towing company works with a private individual owning a parking lot downtown to entrap kids who are attending concerts at the Launchpad. The pay station is obscure and unsophsticated teens trying to do the right thing by attending a concert SOBER end up having to tap into their measly college savings in order to get the car back. This is so obviously an unethical practice and this towing company should be ashamed of themselves.
