LAURA FIAL & "friends"

Laura Fial is a talent to be reckoned with. My husband and I are from New York and have been jazz lovers for a long time and were just delighted to find Laura Fial & "Friends" in the Valley. we love Laura's voice and her styling. Her "friends" are a group of super-great muscians who compliment her singing with their talents on keyboard, horn or guitar. So every week or so you have a total different selection of music to enjoy. Laura's "I've Got You Under My Skin" is as good as it gets! If you haven't seen Laura perform then you are missing a great night out. it! We always catch her at The Wine List, but she performs in several venues around town. I'm one of Laura's friends and have been a gutar player and songwriter for her for more than seven years. In that time I've grown to love her voice more as her vocals have grown more expressive. Its a treat to play with her and the great musicians she plays with just as much as its a treat to be in the audience and experience some of the finest jazz Arizona has to offer.

As the "Resident" vocalist at our locale, "The Wine List wine shoppe & lounge" we get the opportunity to hear what a "fantastic" talent Laura truly is every week. She has a knack for finding the most talented muscicians to accompany her each week and each group presents a different and unique sound. Laura is the best and we expect her to be entertaing our "Standing Room Only" crowds for a very long time. She's the best and the consumate professional.... Laura is a truly talented and wonderful women, her voice is like some would say "butter", and her new cd with The Soul Survivors is a joy to listen to. I truly think everyone should have a chance to hear this cd and to help support Laura's cause for Breast Cancer. I have also been to Lauras performance in town at Pizza Picasso and her voice mixed with awesome food is a true pleasure to experience. Teresa Longoria
