Customer Service to the MAX!
My Lenova notebook would shutdown at random. I thought it had to be simply overheating, but a local computer repair shop quickly said the motherboard was bad and that it would cost $400 plus for another. Oh no. I considered selling it for parts on ebay but decided to do some research online about the repairing of motherboards. The Level X Computer Repair website came to my rescue. Darin at Level X is a straight talker, service focused, and a fair priced business owner. Guess what? It was not the motherboard; it was a dead battery and a Vista software problem! I shipped my notebook there and back by UPS; it was repaired and back in about a week and all at a fair price! I'm using it now. Thank you Level X Computer Repair.
