TOO UPSET TO WRITE EVERYTHING THAT;S WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I BOUGHT A CAR WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK I HAD ISSUES WITH CAR, EVENTUALLY TAKING THE CAR TO THE DODGE DEALER. I FOUND OUT THE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT HAD ONLY 3 BOLTS AND NO NUTS, TENSON STRUTS WERE NEEDED, BRAKED WERE 95% GONE, REAR END AXLE. WENT BACK TO FERNANDO LARA HE IS OWNER REFUSED A REFUND AND PUT ME IN A BETTER VEHICLE, I DROVE IT FOR A DAY BEFORE IT CUTOFF IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC THE NEXT DAY, I CALLED THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON ME, PROMISED THEY WERE SENDING A TOW IT CAME THE NEXT DAY. I WENT BACK TO FERNANDO AND DEMANDED MY MONEY AND WOULD'T LEAVE UNTIL I GOT A REFUND!!!! THEY BUY CARS STRAIGHT FROM AUCTION AND SELL THEY DON'T CARE IF ME OR MY KIDS COULD HAVE DIED DRIVING THAT FIRST VEHICLE WITH NO BOLTS IN THE DRIVE SHAFT!! PLEASE DON'T PATRONAGE THIS BUSINESS TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, I'VE HAVE HAD A HEADACHE SINCE OCT 6 WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR, I WAS DEPRESSED AND SHORT TEMPERED I SPENT 13,000 CASH FOR HELL!!

We drove from South Carolina to buy a truck and we found one and bought it. The truck had a light on and we asked for them to fix the problem and it took a week for them to fix it. They would never call us back and they would give us the run around about what was going on. Their customer service is terrible and I would never buy another car from there and will not refer anyone else.

got a used honda from them , took to get emesions done the next day and it failed , it need a converter and a vacumm leak , they had the van for a week and it still flunked after they said they fixed it , come to find out they just put the converter on the the day before i told the to give back the money or fix the van , and we found the air leaks our selfs , dont go to them as the people fixing the cars for them have no clue and nor do the people in the office

Went to dealership to see a vehicle that was not available at their location, One of the sales reps offer to drive me to their other location for a test drive, ended up buying a nice Ford Explorer. Overall good customer service.

when i walked in i was greeted very nicely by one of there saleman and he helped me trade in my 2002 escalade for a 2006 avalanche for a low price. they saved me about 2,000 dollars. i hope to do buissness with you in the future.

Bought a car three weeks ago. They lied about replacing timing belt. The timing belt broke - leaving me stranded in the middle of the road. Broken timing belt bent the valves - now I need a new engine. Lara's said that they would replace the engine if I bought the engine for $700... when I asked about the work after a week, they told me that I was rude and needed to come pick up the car - they couldn't work with all of the pressure that I was putting on them. What the what? Complete idiots. Completely unethical. Don't buy from them under any circumstances.
