Every time I visit the Last Resort Marina is more fun than the last. The owners are so nice and friendly, whether you are renting a boat or just sitting and watching the water they treat you family. Please do not give this marina your business! We rented a pontoon from them on Saturday. They are not customer service oriented at all! They were rude when we picked it up. Then every time we tried to take a group out on it, it was extremely difficult to start. Even the... woman who showed us how to start it had problems and then showed us the "trick" on how to start it. The boat had duck tape all over it, cob webs and the prop even had pieces knocked out everywhere! We finally called them and asked them to come and pick it up because it was more trouble than it was worth. When the owner came to pick it up and my husband asked if we could possibly get a partial refund since we weren't able to use it much and turned it in early, he replied rudely "if you had listened to how to start it then you wouldn't have had any problems!" He even had some trouble starting it and when he did he had to immediately put it in gear and it jumped forward. Not the way you should have to start a boat. We own a boat and had several people who own boats or have owned them and no one could believe the problems we had and how he had to start it. As he was driving away he reached down and handed me my cash deposit and practically ran over me. I said we'll be sure and tell everyone not to rent from you and he replied everyone loves this boat - I don't see how they possibly could! Spending the day on the lake at the Last Resort Marina was so much fun, the owner's were very friendly and went out of their way to make our day relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend visiting the Marina.

I have been to the marina quite a few times. I always get fast friendly service. The owner is always very helpful. I will be going there again this summer to rent a pontoon.
