We had problem with the lender, and we tried to sort it out many times. They never listended. With Attorney Malik Ahmad's help we got our mortgage reduced to 3% for the first year, 4% for the second year, 5% for the life of the lone. We are happy that we stopped foreclosure. Good luck.
