I worked for Elena and Linens 4 You in September 2007. During that time, I was faced with seriously angry customers. I did my absolute best to be nice to every single one of them. I was called every name in the book, I was yelled at, anything an angry customer can do over the phone or in email you name it I dealt with it. It's extremely difficult to give a customer a solid answer when you yourself have none to give them. I was told several different things about why refunds weren't being processed or orders weren't being processed. Elena would say she was applying for loan after loan. I'd get phone calls from banks who would tell ME that she was approved for these loans. We're talking tens of thousands of dollars at a time here. She would tell me these loans were to pay me and the other four employees working for her at the time as well as process refunds that badly needed to go out to upset, merchandise-less customers. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered with these jerks earlier this year. The items were a gift, and I have only found out just now that they never arrived. Off to see if I can get my credit card to withdraw the payment. Still need to find someplace that does sell 3/4 sheets. I'm thinking of telling my parents it would be cheaper if they got a new bed.

I CANT BELIEVE THAT AN ONLINE RETAILER CAN STEAL THE WAY THIS COMPANY HAS AND IS ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH IT I WAS LUCKY THAT I MADE A PURCHASE FOR LESS THEN $50.00 DOLLARS IT HURTED BUT I AM SURE THERE IS PEOPLE THAT LOST MUCH MORE THEN ME I DID REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE RIGHT AUTHORITIES I REALLY HOPE SOMEDAY THEY WILL TAKE THEME DOWN AND MAKE THIS THIEFS PAY FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE. I placed an order with this company online in 2007. They charged my Visa but never sent a product. Seven months later I enlisted the Visa fraud department to recover the payment. To this day, the vendor never replied to any of the phone calls or e-mails I sent to them. This company is a scam. Do NOT do business with them.

I hope their shady past has caught up with them and they are finally out of business. I had a problem a little over a year ago where I placed an order one day, they canceled it the next, but they still charged my credit card. No return emails or phone calls. In fact, I never spoke with a person. One phone number didn't work and the other gave me a voice mail. I had to get my credit card company involved and only then was I finally issued a credit. If they are still doing business out there, beware! Save yourself the hassle and possible the loss of your money and shop someplace else.

This company is a scam. I ordered a product from them in May of 2008, they charged my credit card and I never got the product. I wrote a dozen e-mails with no response. I lost $126.99, and am considering filing a complaint with the BBB and the Portland Attorney General's Office. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM OR LOSE YOUR $$$$!!!! CROOKS!!!
