Chrisann Richards wrote my insurance today and I have to say that it was the easiest thing I have done in a long time. She made it effortless and her warming personality made it easy for her to let me know that I needed renters insurance too. I had never thought about that before and now I feel more safe than I ever have! She is an amazing agent and I will definitely tell all my family and friends to call her for their insurance. Lloyd Insurance has a great manager on their staff!!!

I am writing to you to tell you about my wonderful Nationwide agent, James Miles. I asked him for your names and email addresses. I have been with Nationwide for over 31 years and have talked with a lot of different agents over the years. I never felt like anyone considered me and my satisfaction with Nationwide to be their responsibility and priority, until James called me to see if I had any questions or concerns. He made that first call because my policy renewal date on my car or house was approaching! He answered all my questions and made me feel that I was important to Nationwide. Prior to his call, I was planning to leave Nationwide. In fact, I had compiled a list of insurance companies and I was planning to switch to one of them! I walked into the Cobb Parkway location and Chrisann greeted me with a great big smile and asked how she could help me. I was in the process of getting auto insurance quotes from several companies and Chrisann saved the day.. not only did she help me with affordable auto insurance, she also wrote me renters insurance for my apartment.
