Driving from Dallas home to Knoxville is challenging enough, but experiencing car trouble along the way only added to the seasonal stress. I was extremely pleased with the service you provided. Your ability to immediately diagnose the problem, quickly source the appropriate parts and execute the necessary repairs within a matter of hours was a true blessing. In addition, your personal attention to detail (taking care of cloudy headlamps) and willingness to accommodate a stranded motorist above and beyond the call of duty(personal shuttle service) was most impressive and greatly appreciated. With your assistance, I arrived safely without further incident and our family enjoyed a delightful holiday together. During an inexpensive transmission repair an unrelated part was broken. They showed me the part and explained what happened. The replacement had to be special ordered and I was sure this additional cost would be passed on to me. After getting the part ordered they gave me a ride home. The next day once the job was completed they delivered my truck to my home running great. To my surprise they did not charge me for the part. Although in this case I really don't think it was because of anything the mechanic did, they still said it was their fault and they did not charge me any extra. Not very many shops would do that, even when it is their fault. Honesty says a lot about them and it means a lot to me. You can be sure I'll go back to them.

I recently bought a used Mercedes. The check engine light came on but the nearest Mercedes dealer is over 130 miles away from me. I was referred to Luxury Auto by a friend. These guys are wonderful. They checked my car and found out what the problem was very quickly. Then they informed me that my car was still under warranty and the repair could be done free at a dealer. First I did not know my car was under warranty. apparently it is longer on Mercedes than it is on the others I've owned. They could have just told me that it had to be fixed and I would never have known better. Second, I really do not like going to Memphis and was not happy about having to go there for my car repair. Christian offered to take my car to the dealership for me. They did not even charge me for taking it! Wow! I certainly am not used to that kind of treatment at repair shops around here. I will definitely be going there for anything else my car needs.

I needed some minor work and an oil change for my Mercedes. I was dreading the drive to Memphis not to mention the lackluster treatment. A friend of mine heard me griping about the trip and suggested that I try these guys. She had taken her Lexus to them couldn't be happier with the visit. So, I gave them a try. I will never go any other place. I could not believe how wonderful they were and all I did was get my oil changed, replace a light bulb and turn off an engine light. Definitely my new best friends!
