Great Training!
I have suffered for 10 years from migraines that hit about 3 times per month. After beginning work with Michael, with his emphasis on posture, stretching, and strength, and rehabilitation techniques, I saw the migraines disappear--no migraines in two months!
Michael is careful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and he really listens to his clients' goals and challenges. I couldn't recommend Michael more highly!
