The service tech showed up and within 20min had cleaned out the tank, was very professional and great to work with. Great job Macken!

My toilets were flushing a slow and my shower and my sink were backed up. I called Macken and they said it was a septic problem. Macken went into this entire spiel how they are one of the only companies that includes snaking back from tank to house in the price. When Macken arrived the first thing the worker did was f-bomb that my tank was built wrong. (My tank has a concrete door 2 feet below ground) After suctioning out tank, I checked my sink and shower to see if they were draining, but they were not. I asked if he would snake back from the tank but he said no because my pipe was too hard to reach.. I called the Macken main office and said that I was unhappy, because they wouldn't' snake it back. They told me to get a plumber cuz the problem was inside. I said ok, but I'm still unhappy because I wanted to rule out the septic completely and have them snake it anyway as advertised. She then became irrate saying "I CAN PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN THE TANK IF YOU WANT!"

Macken was able to replace an old septic tank for me on pretty short notice. We had a large outdoor party planned & a broken septic cap & old tank smelling up the yard. They got the job done quickly, were polite & friendly, and charged a reasonable price. I'd recommend them to family/friends any day.

It was my first time having septic in my life. Iam newly divorsed and had no one to help me. When I had called due to a bad smell in the house they had given me a couple different options and pricing. I agreed to have my tank pumped out (i believe that is what they call it). Well to save my money the girl that was so patient with me had stopped I believe on the way to take her son to school and helped me herself to take the ground off of the septic tank. The next day I had a pumper guy empty my tank. He was a very nice man. I was completely satisfied with everyone at this company. Everyone at Macken Services was very helpful

I have transfered for work and my wife and 3 kids are still in NY, trying to sell our house. When you are selling a house you have to have it inspected by the health dept. Well my wife did not know where things were that needed to be exposed before the health dept. came out. The girl in the office was wonderful , she first tried over & over again to explain where the covers where. Finally she and and one of the owners who even had a broken back had came out and exposed everything for no charge. As of friday the house was closed on and my family and I are soon to be together. TTHANKS MACKEN SERVICES.

I had called on a Saturday night around 11:30 p.m. not expecting anyone to answer and I had woke up the nicest lady. She had talked me through what to do until the next morning. The next morning I had someone from Mackens' at my house @ 8:00 on a Sunday and they releaved my problem at no extra charge. So for all the people who have bad things to write about Macken Services, they are wrong. If I was someone from Mackens' I would contact an attorney for slander.
