I was a regular customer to Mad hatter until today. I bought a Fulmer modular helmet from them in the spring of 2006. Fulmer announced a recall of said helmet in 2007. Mad hatter never told me about it and when I went there to buy a new shield for said helmet they still didn't tell me about it. They were more interested in selling me another helmet. I then search on the internet and found the recall notice and called the manufacture, they said that I could either go to the dealer and have them replace it or ship it back to them. I called the "dealer" mad hatter and the owner would not even think about replacing it and that I should work with the manufacture. BAD customer service. I try to give my money to the local shops but when they display such bad service I stop.
