These, "Mad Hatter", guys have a business name that is right on the money. Money is, exactly, what you will lose. When I had to employ a different company to fix his mistake's, (plural) the estimate was a bit more expensive. Let me tell you, the amount of $ I spent on BOTH companies, "Mad Hatter", actually ended up costing me $3,700. It was estimated by a REAL professional mason contractor. The job should have cost $2,000. It would of been worth every penny. Disgruntalled client, Aggravated.

I needed my chimney cleaned and I called Mad Hatter. They were awesome and I feel i got more than what I paid for. Very informative!

Had a problem with scheduled appointment. Changed time then waited for over 1 hour for these guys to show up. Called twice! Gave up and used another company. Can't wait

My boyfriend and I live in an apartment that has a fire place, unfortunately the people who lived there prior to us painted it an awful color. After we managed to get a good portion of the paint stripped, when we realized that the crown moldings on the fire place were to damaged and for the little skill between the two of us. We were in to deep! I wanted to find a company that had a reasonable price and knew what they were doing! I finally settled on the Mad Hatter Chimney Sweep company, not only did were they able to fix the damage, they were also able to restore the fire place front. It looks amazing!

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service we received from the Mad Hatter Chimney Sweep company. I called and scheduled a cleaning that fit when one of us was going to be home. They were very helpful and courteous and answered my questions. Their pricing was up front and their billing method was clear. We had our chimney cleaned and very happy with the service we received.

I live in an older building, and my unit has a fire place, that actually worked! After looking at prices for a certified chimney sweep company in the Seattle area. I went with Mad Hatter Chimney Sweep. They had the best price for what I wanted cleaned. They were on time and, they took his time to tell me what they were going to do and what I should do in order to keep my fire place working. I have no complaints, an excellent job well done for a reasonable price.
