I've had many things embroidered and have had superb experiences. They are friendly and do great work. Pricing is great. Highly recommend.

They didn't have the exact symbol I wanted for a baby garment so I chose what they had. Waited for a call a week later that never came. I called three different times during and after the week span given only to find out they hadn't started on it yet. Big charge for a very small embroidery and it wasn't even very pretty.

I only had a couple of things to be embroidered and I was told it would be a week. Waited for a call a week later and never received one! I had to call to find out if ready. When I went to pick up the worker/owner made a huge scene because I paid with a credit card. I would NEVER recommend or go to again!!!!
