Manhattan Lasik Center

All the staff at Manhattan Lasik Center were amazing. I've never met so many nice people at once. They went out if their way to make me feel comfortable both before, during and after the procedire. I felt like I was with firends. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I knew what to expect because the doctor narrated everyhing to me before he did it. He want reassured me everthing was going to perfectly and I felt confidentin his ability. Afterward, I went home and had slight discomfort with tearing, but from my conversations with the staff, I knew this was normal I woke up the next day pain free and with my vision markedly improved.

The operation went smoothly. Dr Niksarli's technique and patience allowed me to remain calm and confident throughtout, even without the usage of valium. The staff at Manhattan Lasik Center was very cordial and helpful with queries. I had a great experience here!

I was wearing glasses ever since I was seven year old, but Manhattan Lasik Center changed my life. I was treated as if I was a very important person before and after the entire surgery. The staff was great. Everyone was very nice and accomodating, particularly through the procedure itself. I was amazing when I would see the world clear without glasses and lenes and this is just my first day!

The staff of Manhattan Lasik Center was extremely accomodating, providing direct answers to every question asked. Each Procedure was done professionally while keeping the atmosphere calm and relaxed, including myself.
the surgery itself was briefed Throughly with no detail overlooked. The doctor explained everything that would happen during the procedure, which was reassuring. Also, I was provided with a blanket since the room was cooled for the machine and a stuffed animal.
All in all, the experience was above expectations and rewarding. I would highly recommend Manhattan Lasik Center to any/everyone.

place gave me double vision ... they tricked me in the consultation ... its a used car sales place not drs,. office.. dc niksarli is a aweful doctor.. he messed me up

I'm giving the Manhattan lasik Center 2 stars for the clients whose testimonies I'd heard and who were very pleased with the results of their surgery. They lose 3 stars for claiming to charge "$399 per eye," and then telling me at the consultation that the cost is $5000, but with the "limited time special," it'd only cost $3000/about $127 per month for two years! That aspect, I was not very pleased with at all.

I can't express how amazing it is to wake up and have perfect vision without glasses or contacts. I used to walk around the houseout glasses just because I found them annoying and would rather just deal with the blurriness. Now I see perfectly in less than 1 day after surgery! From start to finish all staff has been genuinely friendly, compassionate and helpful. They were more than willing to answer all questions and concerns even repeatedly. I loved being able to speak with actual patients in the office about their procedure and outcomes. All had the same response: It's amazing!
Dr. Niksarli was also very approachable and friendly. Through out the surgery he put my mind to ease by esplaining each step of process he went along.
I am 100% statisfied, and I am a tough critic!

I was a bit nervous coming in; I was worried that the procedure would be painful but the staff was very reassuring. The atmosphere was soothing, calming, and relaxing. All of my questions were answered and then some.
During the procedure both the nurse and the doctor were detailed with every step taking place. I have high anxiety so for me saying the procedure was not as nearly or even close to how I thought it would be is reassuring in itself.
After going home I had plenty of sleep which helped. As soon as I woke up I saw immediate results. I could see the alarm clock. I am amazed. I like everything that was done, it was wonderful.
I should have gotten it done a long time ago. I love the staff because they were friendly and knowledgeable. The overall experience was enjoyable. Thank you for changing my life.

I was having dinner with a few friends of mine and we happen to start talking about Lasik. One of my friend just had her Lasik with Dr. Niksarli at MLC and was thrilled! It was a surprised because I had Lasik there 3 months ago too and my vision is 20/20. A lot of great things have been said about MLC, and all of them are true cause I can vouch from my experience I remember perfectly as if it was yesterday.
I shopped around alot but none of them comes close to MLC in terms of professionalism and dedication to the patients. Dr. Niksarli is the best in the business and everything was perfect. He is amazing in his ability to desvribe exactly how everything is going to go and he's always right. The creates a level of reassurance that is unparalledled and hostly I have never encountered before in any doctor. Dr. Niksarli is the ultimate pefectionist, along with all his staff, is friendly and reassuring.

So I made up my 2009 new years resolution to get rid of my dorky glasses and decided from all the laser centers to go to Manhattan Lasik Center. WHY? Because in this economy, they were the best deal I found after going to a million places! What a feeling I now have?20/15 yes baby!!!!!!I wish I had done it sooner!!!!

I just wanted to share my experience here.(After going to 5 other places in the tri-state area?..yes I know but it?s my eyes ) Anywayz, It?s a nice place with a great staff, very friendly. Dr Niksarli was right on the money, not only did he educate me on the differences between all the technologies, He actually decided after a million testing, scans, maps etc that iLasik was the best technology for me! I got a chance to talk to a ton of happy patients who was there for their follow up care. They also hooked me up with 0% financing and the best part was the small dog they give you during the surgery.

So my advice to anyone who wants Lasik during this economic time? RUN!!!

i just came back from the free consultation and booked for lasik with them. This is the first time in my life that i actually booked or baught something without going home to think about it 10 million times!!!!!! the place is a very well oiled place and they really know what they are doing. i was introduced to 3 people who had surgery with them and i probed each one and it's true, everyone is so happy.....no glare, bubbles, halos, dryness etc. the consultant was polite and tried very hard to explain everything. The finance guy was a smooth operator but we finally worked out a sweet price........the docs took their time on me and now i'm booked for next week!!!!!! i can't wait to get rid of my glasses

I was very nervous about getting LASIK so it took me many years to get the confidence I needed to go through with the procedure. After researching the proceure and places to get it done I ran into a friend and the subject came up and she told me she had her procedure done at Manhattan LASIK Center and what a great experience she had , so I decided to come. I wasn't sure if I was going to share her experience, but it turned out that I absolutely loved my experience here and I am grateful for the day I ran into my friend because the atmosphere in the office, the pleasantness and professionalism of the staff was what I needed to help me not delay my procedure any longer and to feel at ease. I highly recommend the LASIK Center to anyone who is interested in getting their vision corrected.

This place suck. in six month my eye were back to the way it was and every time i tell them they say it normal, now i went for my last visit they told my i need a touch up and it will cost $5000.00 the origianal surgery cost $2900.00........................
