Jermaine, It is certsainly possible to sell non performing notes. In general these bring about 35 cents on the dollar assuming they are in the first position. All you need to do is print out a worksheet available at http://www.CreativeFundingService.com , fill this out and fax it to us along with a copy of the note! Our fax number is (866)364-1457.
