For delivery, we either get the wrong item, or no item. And when we have, at times, called for a question about the missing item we get young kids answering the phone who talk nasty about the customer - we heard the kids who obviously didn't cover up the receiver so we could hear - this happened twice. Let's just say Jimmy's gets our business now.
