I am a resident in one of their communities. After numerous issues with parking, including stickers placed on the windshield of our cars, unannounced visitors to our home, threats to disconnect water services, and just overall bad business, avaoid Marrquis Management like the plague. Mary, President of Marquis Management is rude and has very poor customer service. She doesn't listen and she makes you feel inferior. Also she attacks your character. This company has no sense of customer service. They're contractor shut off the water to the wrong subdivision called them to try and rectify the problem and the owner was very rude and hung up in my face. If this is how they treat non-customers that they have inconvenienced then I can only imagine how they treat they're customers. I had to go an entire day without water, loss of a days work because they're company made the wrong decision and shut off the wrong water valve. Very unprofessional! Not customer-oriented. This company manages one of my client's HOA association. they are lazy, only want s to be communicated with an email and Mary Carroll was the most RUDEST person to be the broker of the company.
