we have bought alot of furniture from matter bros.and have always been more than happy. we have had three houses since moving to fl. and all furniture came from them. they always make sure you are satisfied and we have been.

your customer "serivce" website is a big zero

I ordered dining room chairs in a specific tropical pattern. My friend who had not seen the material took delivery of the four chairs. I did not see the chairs for another 3 months, but when I did, they were the wrong material. I phoned the store and they immediately corrected the problem. I would definitely do business with them again. In fact, I have since purchased a sofa, chair and dining room table. I am totally satisfied with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to all my friends. Signed - your Canadian friend.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Matter Brothers. Each piece fell apart after 1 year. I could not understand how they stay in business without repeat business.

Actually, that rating would be a minus figure. I picked out a sofa I liked to purchase. I wanted to order two; the sofa was paired with a chair. I didn't need the chair, but I did want two couches. The salesperson in Fort Myers, FL advised that she would have to check with Gary to see if we could buy two sofas,which in this day of a suffering economical society, just shocked me, but fine, I would wait for Gary. I had to wait 2 days...and he denied me buying two sofas..said he couldn't break the chair up. There are so many chairs and sofas separates. This is bad bad bad business and intend to spead it around. The brothers get on and make believe they are friends.....helpful, etc...they are not....bad...bad business..first I had to wait for this Gary, then he tries to make me buy other stuff......now why would I consider "other" furniture when I need 2 sofas......I am so disappointed; I fell in love with the sofa after shopping forever...this just floors me. Bad Bad Business
