I was matt's prior client. I went back with him but it is the worst mistake of my life. From the time he took my listing to the close of transaction I saw him once. My transaction was handled by some unknown person through phone and fax. They had me sign papers including fees (coordination fee?) that I don't know about. They chose escrow company (Unified Escrow Services with premium fee to local market) which benefit the Battiata Group not to the seller's interest. Matt Battiata today is not same as two years ago. Now he is just lookout for his own pocket, his agents, and his escrow business. His best interest is not to his clients.
