My dad fell and we were unable to get him around, I found there website and purchased a wheelchair for 159.00. (best price i could find) Two days latter that chair was on my door step. THAT"S CLIENT SERVICE.

No service in their Customer Service department

I ordered 2 cast covers for my daughter, and paid for 2nd day fedex. The package arrived on time, but only one cast cover was sent. I was, of course, billed for 2. I called Customer Service, and they agreed that only one had been sent, based on the weight shipped. They offered to send the other 2nd day fedex. I explained that I have a 5 year old child with TWO casts - both legs - and that one cover was useless. I asked them to send the missing one overnight, and neither the rep or the supervisor would do it. Mistakes happen, but they missed an opportunity to make it right. Sure wish I had read these reviews before I orddered from them. Never again.

Bathroom Safety Grab Bar

The picture of these 16in Grab Bar shows the mounting holes in a triangle position which is the position on my existing ones. Being a widow and unable to drill new holes, I needed them exactly like my old ones which were as this picture showed. When I received them the holes are on the sides and unusable. The custom support tech said "oh the manufacturer can change the design and we aren't responsible", so I will have to pay for the return out of my own pocket. I won't order anything else since I won't know if what is shown will be what I receive. Too bad. So sad that businesses don't stand behind their products anymore.

I ordered a humidifier for my CPAP machine 6 weeks ago. I was first shipped the wrong unit, which I returned. On the 4th week I was shipped the tank, minus the electronic controls. After contacting them again, I was told the unit was really no longer available. I am now 6 weeks intl this fiasco, and still awaiting the promised refund.

Don't buy through them!

I would not order through them. I tried to order a knee scooter through them via phone, and they would not give me an order confirmation #, nor confirm my order through email, nor tell when when it was going to be shipped. I gave up, bought it through someone else, told them to cancel my order - and then they charged my credit card (after I cancelled the order). I never received notification of my order or that it was going to be shipped. I had to have my credit card dispute the charge. What a nightmare to deal with. Stay away from this company.

bad business

I ordered a therabeads moist heat pack w/cover from Medical Dept. stores through Amazon.com., on October 29th. It has been a nightmare ever since. First I got someone else's order, and was promised i would get the correct order shipped to me promptly, as I was going on vacation from November 24th until December 15th. Supposedly UPS delivered the correct order to me on November 23rd; however I never received it. I had to beg the company to send me a shipping label that I was able to print out, since the one they said they sent me was in the package I never received. I brought the return to FEDEX in Hicksville on December 19; when I tracked it, it was delivered and signed for on December 24th. Meanwhile, today is January 18th, and I have not even received correspondence from the company.

Very poor customer service

Medical Dept Store made a timely shipment of my order; however, I was missing 6 items. The shipping receipt stated the missing items were included in the order, but they were not. Mark in customer service did not return my 1st phone call. The next week, Mark stated that the products came from a 3rd party & he could only put in a tracking order. The tracking order could take up to 2 wks to resolve. Mark stated he could not call the 3rd party company, Independence Medical. After calling Ind. Med. myself & explaining the situation, they tried to help me, but were unable since my name was not in their system. I called Mark back & AGAIN explained to him that delivery was not the problem, I was missing 6 items. He said he would call me back shortly. I did not receive a call back. I called back Mark the next day. He stated again it take 2 weeks for Ind. Med. to track the items. Neither Mark or his manager were willing to help me further. I have already been charged for items not received.

bought a SPLINT for my foot/heel. NOT BRACE. But still I can not get my refund back. False information on returning items. They should have stated: Splint on their return policy.
