I've seldom encountered a more caring teacher than Suzan - I wish she lived near me. Teacher's that actually are concerned with the happiness of their students - well, they inspire kids to give their best!

My son has been taking lessons with Suzan for close to a year now. He was 6 yrs old when he started. When I first talked with Suzan on the phone I knew she would be able to teach my son, who is very energetic and hard to keep focused. I was right! She has done a wonderful job. He had his first piano recital with Suzan the beginning of December and did great. After that recital he loves playing the piano even more. I've communicated frequently with Suzan Pleva and find that her knowledge of musicology, personal interest in her students, and her continuing professional accreditation are exceptional. She takes great care and concern to teach all students of all abilities and ages.

We've been acquainted with Melody Piano for some time now, and only have wonderful things to say about Suzan and her piano studio. She has been a big source of support for our piano studio here in Central NJ. I believe that Suzan possesses a ton of warmth, caring a compassion that makes her an outstanding teacher. And her website is really nice, especially like the piano music that she is playing on the site. I would highly highly recommend her.

My daughter and I have been taking piano lessons from Suzan for a couple of months now. I am thrilled with what we have been learning from Suzan. She is an excellent teacher and is able to teach both my daughter (age 7) and I in completely different ways that suits our individual needs for learning, I would not hesitate to recommend Suzan to anyone else that desires to learn to play piano- young or old! I have worked with Suzan Pleva of Melody Piano in the past and also currently. Suzan is an amazing teacher. She has referred many of her students and clients to me for piano tuning. They only have good things to say about her as a teacher. I would reccomend Melody Piano to anyone who asked me.
