I entered the class. Saw alot of messages on the internet. Spoke to the owner. Spoke to the State. Took the classes. I am now working and not making a fortune, but able to pay my bills. It is slow, according to everyone I have spoken to, but I am doing alot of lawyer ordered appraisals and I am doing 5-6 apraisals a week. I don't think I could do any more. I am happy with 1 per day. Thanks to Bill, Andy, Anthony and Jim. I am very happy and will take my appraiser continuing education when I need to in 2009.
