Metrolina Tire and Auto

January 29, 2008 Tire Sale I went to Metrolina Tire this morning and requested two tires, I was told the tires would be order and available in the afternoon. I used Metrolina Tire service in the past as well as my wife and the service was great and we had no problems. Today things didn't go so well, when I returned to Metrolina this afternoon the tires were never ordered and the service representative immediately got an attitude with me and stated it would take an hour to get the tires. Then the price that was quoted for the tires in the morning was different then the price quoted when I returned. When I suggested to the service representative that he check his records and he got upset and said " I don't like you type of people anyway." I said "I don't like your attitude" and decided to leave and take my business elswhere. Mike you have bad customer service skills and because of that you lost money out your pocket and a refferal for 4 new tires as well. JWP
