The idiot who wrote the last posting, and goes by the name of "Mr. Smith" first of all can't spell!!! and second of all, no one at that office themselves gets the customer's cars. So the statements from Mr "Smith" is bogus!! I have had nothing but good customer service from the ladies who work there !!! I know for a fact that if you are behind in your payments, they WILL WORK WITH ANYONE... unless you are really really behind. They have a contract signed by ALL customers who promise by signing the contracts that they will pay on time. The ladies at Midwest Title Loans know that its AGAINST the laws to call more than one time a day. If they have your cell, home and work #'s they can legally call those numbers, but once they have been called, thats it for that one day. Mr "Smith" may need to check his voice mail and home recorder machine DAILY to get all of his messages. A satisifed Customer M Williams

the people that work here have no idea what customer service means! i called in to let them know i would be 2 days late. those two days were the worst 2 days of my life. the first day i got 3 fone calls from "sanya" stating i need to make payment of my car was going to be picked up that evening. i cald her back and told her i called and would be in the next day she said yeah i saw that, it doesn't matter you have a due date for a reason and i better borrow the money from somebody or else!!!! i of course didn't, than the next day at 905 she started calling again that dau she called me 7 times before noon to leave messages. when i axually went in to make my payment the fat lady told me rudely that it was unaxeptable and if it were to happen again she would personaly be the 1 to take my car!!!!! bad bad bad busness!!!! never again will i go there again. i tried another midwest title loan office and they were great! well nehting is better than that!
