i have been dealing with this company for 10 yrs i own 20 strip mall and a lrg development co in central jersey they are the best for price service dependability those people who write bad reviews are ignorante low end that don;t have a clue about buiss or the real world just by reading this garbage i can see that they are jealous and not happy because it doesnt go there way i think millennium glass contractors are to friggen big of a company to be hurt by this i am very happy with all the work and i will not change glass companies ever i have checked all the other glass companies and they are pathetic they have no financial strength and are workibg out of a beat shed or garage they just built a 2 million dollar facility up in central jersey thanx for the great service and i hope me and millenniumglass contractors can make a ton of money like we have been your truly peter j marlton nj

i think you are wrong they came out and did a great job i called about your story and they showed me that you could not pay the bill and bounced checks he currently has a lean on your home and he said your wife was walking around with no clothes on hitting on the guys complaining that she is not happy with her family and husband i find it very funny i also asked him for yo ur nimber so i could call your wife up

From begining to end Millenium is the most horrible company I have EVER dealt with. The "receptionist" Donna refused to answer any of my questions regarding warramty on an obviously incorrectly installed window. She become VERY HOSTILE, shouted at ne and hung up on me 3 times. Finally she told me she was going to call the police for calling the office. are you kidding me?????? All i wanted was warranty info, i guess her shouting and behavior sums up that there is no warranty (or proper customer service) given by Millenium. Installer was also rude, unprofessional, and job was done horribly.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I called for competitive pricing. I was given a price of $157. When I said a competitor gave me a price of $70, she was very nasty and said "why are you calling me" and then hung up the phone. Shocking!!!

I recently had a broken glass panel in my shower replaced by one of their people named Doug. The entire experience in the nicest possible terms was incredibly stressful and unpleasant.
For starters it took Doug FOUR separate tries to get the right sized panel of glass for my shower. This means he came out to my residence a total of FIVE times and had the audacity to try and bill me for each visit. This by itself can be chalked up to a series of unlucky events and company policy, and while not worth the hassle, is also not worth going to websites to warn people about, HOWEVER,While at my residences Doug repeatedly insulted his assistant with language that would make Howard Stern complain to the FCC. Not only did he do this for almost the entire time he was at my home, he also refused to hold his tongue when in front of my five and three year old daughters even when asked to tone it down multiple times.

And the best part of it all? The panel he FINALLY installed fell out of it's frame
