After our new bedroom area and walkin closet was completed we asked Brian to assist us in refurbishing the older bedroom area. He helped us prepare the space for new paint and carpeting. Then when those phases were completed, he helped us put it all back together including hooking up plumbing and electrical. He also expertly installed a set of French doors between our new and old space. All of his work was excellent and again he is very reliable and easy to work with.

Brian just finished with the new construction phase of our master bedroom / walk in closet project. We appreciated the fact that he was on time and on the job everyday, did a lot of the work himself, kept us informed about progress and issues, dealt with and resolved issues with building inspectors, offered his input and ideas, listened to our ideas and concerns, and was fair and reasonable in his pricing. Now it's on to phase two which is the refurbishing of the existing bedroom and bath areas. Thanks, Brian, for a good job. We're looking forward to working with you further.

Milo's Contracting did a fabulous job in building and installing a Murphy Bed in our guest room. The job was done with meticulous detail and very timely. We also had a TV mounted and extra electrical outlets installed. The entire job was finished and the room was left clean and ready for guests! Thank you

We've hired Brian several times now. He has listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make everything right. He's really easy to work with, his prices have always been fair, and we love the results. We would definitely hire him again. Plus he's so nice to everyone that he's practically a friend of the family. Thanks Brian!

I recently purchased a home in Gilbert that needed several repairs, replacements and fix ups. I contracted with Brian McClary of Milo's Contracting to complete a list of many items including electrical, plumbing, doors, installation of new faucets, fans and painting. This is the third time during the past two and a half years I have contracted with Brian. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He is my first call when I need a contractors assistance. I definitely recommend him to others for any type of remodel, fix up, or construction needs.

We recently moved to Arizona and have had a tremendous amount of work done on our house. I refer to Brian as my hero because of all the workers that we have had Brian was the most reliable, helpful, clean and responsible person working on our home. His takes alot of pride in his work and everything he did for us was perfect. I will always use him and would recommend him to anyone who needs work done. He also did alot of work for my daughter and she feels the same way about him as we do, in fact she suggested we use him to do the work in our house. I really can't say enough positive things about Brian and I don't have any negative things to say about him.

As many of you probably know, finding a contractor that is efficient, courteous, on-time, and reasonable is hard to find. Brian McClary of Milo's is such a contractor. Brian was one of five contractors interviewed for the job of moving electrical and plumbing out of our garage and into a small (air conditioned) room next to our garage. Brian was analytical in assessing our needs, listened to what we wanted accomplished, and made a bid that was pretty much in the middle of the pack. The cheap guys didn't seem to show a lot of care, and the expensive guys wanted project overkill. Brian was good on price, materials, timing, expertise, and follow through. And he cleaned up after himself at the end of each day...no dust cloud getting around the house. We recommend him highly for your contractor work, and will not hesitate to call him the next time we have a project. PS....his drywall guy was top notch as well...you'd never know the wall was redone. Sorry that I cannot remember his name,

Milo’s Contracting, is the best thing since sliced bread. Brian McClary, owner of the company, remodeled our living room and bathroom; he was efficient, courteous, and professional. His work far exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship of our new built-in cupboards is exquisite. Over the years we’ve had much done to our house, but no contractor comes close to the quality of work done by Milo’s Contracting.
