THis hasprobably been the worst experience have had with an oil company. Talk about not caring about the customer. I called to let them know I ran out of oil on one of the coldest days of they year and they first took down the wrong address after I spelled my address for them then didn't cme until 7pm after I called them at 8am. On top of that they sent a new driver who was a cool guy but didn't do servicng. He started the oil burner for me but not the water heater which I told they would do. After calling the company to let them know that I had no hot water the next day they gaveme the name of a contractor who said he was gig t charge me 145 just to come out. I called MIM's back and they said that Ishould pay it as they all of a sudden don't start the water heater. Talk about terrible service. I will not use them again and wouldn't reccommend anyone else using them

I called they came. Pd with a check - no problems. Will definately use again.

I THINK THERE GREAT, RAN OUT OF OIL AND THEY CAME RIGHTAWAY.ALWAY POLITE AND QUICK SERVICE,GREAT PRICES..
