Manager stated it was a car accident on another street what could have been the possible gun shots. Then continued to tell us that the managers father in law was dying of a brain tumor and we need to respect the manager and what the manager was going through. I stated I just got bit by a black widow spider do you know what I'm going through? Manager just said good night in a very, very rude voice turned away and left.

As we are trying to finish our dinner manager states she is not a bad manager and once again to know what she is going through. OMG, today 5/10/11 Due to possible retalitation from management I am writing this. approx. 7:00 P.M. We were BBQuing our dinner when we noticed cop cars down the street approximately two cop cars with flashing lights. As we were sitting eating dinner outside we heard what sounded like two gun shots. Next an ambulance shows up. No manager ever came to see what was going on so I called. Long story short the manger yells at me over the phone of not having respect for her family after hours. I hung up! Manager then went to the neighbors then to us. Manager very unhappy still going on about respect for her family....But what about the tenants? Was that a gun shot? I sure don't want to see anyone get shot from a stray bullett. So I ask Whats going on. Manger state it was a traffic stop Huh when does an ambulance come to a traffic stop in a mobliehome park? dont do it !!!! this place is the worst. not the getto, not ran by hitler, its hell on earth and ran by SATAN HERSELF!!!! i would rather live in my car than live there for free!!! i saw the light and god got me out of there and life has been grand since. (amen)

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE MANAGERS ALWAS QUIT AFTER ABOUT 2 YEASRS SO THE RULES ALWAYS CHANGE, IVE BEEN HERE FOR 25 YEARS ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN STUCK BUT IM TRYING TO GET OUT OF HERE. THE NEIGHBORS ARE VERY VERY MEAN , KIDS RUN ASTRAY AND ALOT OF THEM!!! SIDE WALKS ARE ALL CRACKED, BIKES OF MINE HAVE BEEN STOLEN OVER THE YEARS MY CARS BEEN BROKEN INTO IN MY DRIVEWY AND THINGS STOLEN OUT OF IT, DIGITAL CAMERA!! AND $$

Living here has been the worst 5 months of my life. Neighbors are so bad that it is affecting my health. Unless you love kids harrassing you night and day, I'd choose an adult only park. The setting itself is very nice, and management is nice. It's some of the tenants that are beyond comprehension.
