I went there for a tire/wheel issue that another auto shop couldn't figure out. Gary, the owner, rode around in the car with me to get an understanding of the problem and then they looked at the car. The issue ended up being an annoyance, but not a safety issue. He spent an hour and a half with me and the car and wouldn't charge me anything! He had multiple ways to tell me I should replace the tire or wheel and charge a lot, but he didn't and was fair and honest. I will certainly go back whenever I have an actually issue that needs to be fixed.

Had them replace a wheel bearing and then the one that they installed was faulty (in which I had to tell them something was wrong). Also they didn't take out the ABS sensor so now that is ruined. They also over tightened my lug nuts so badly it broke my tire iron. I think my 4 year old niece could of done better.

Recently spamming up craigslist by posting services in "Cars and Trucks FOR SALE" I and my neighbor used them for state inspections until they began failing cars for invalid reasons - for example, telling you that you must replace fan belt as it is too old. I inspected the belt and it had no wear at 26,500 miles and the manual said to inspect at 90,000 miles! They said they could have a new one on in an hour but would run $250....needless to say we have never gone back.

The vehicle was towed in for a severe water leak. I was told at the time the car was pressure tested and no leak could be found. I picked up the car and paid 152.00. The car was then parked for 3 months while I was out of the country. I resumed driving the car. After approx 200 miles of driving the same leak appeared again. I was able to put fluid in &return to shop. During the next week I was told the wrong water pump was received twice. Finally the pump was replaced for 671.00. After under 100 miles the leak reappeared. The car was returned. Upon speaking with the technician I was told that they put on three water pumps not 3 received wrong. problem was now tank. I asked why the pressure test did not show this the 1st time. He said they had no tool to pressure test . As I asked about not being told the truth and was the water pump ever needed Gary who I think is the owner became very defensive and irrate. Told me to they were done with this car and to take it and not return.

Someone recommended these guys to me, and after I met them I was really impressed. They gave me a great deal on 4 new Goodyear tires.. and came in hundreds of dollars less than Sears. Highly recommended.
