Modern Renovations, LLC

Modern Renovations came to my house after a real estate agent visited to ready it for the market. I simply Googled "home improvement" and saw all the great reviews. I had a budget in mind, and they tried to stay within that budget (some things are unforeseeable). They also gave me some inexpensive ideas to spruce the place up, and did everything that my real estate agent had recommended. All of this in a few days. They are very personable and fair. Everything was explained to me, the work was done as quickly as possible, they charge by the hour rather than by the job (which helps someone who doesn't know much about fix-ups to keep track of expenses) and they can do anything from plumbing to electric to painting. If you have a job, big or small, I highly recommend Modern Renovations.

John did an awesome job on a tile backsplash in my kitchen, and he built an awesome entranceway into my commercial office space. Would definitely recommend for detailed trim work and tiling.

These guys are definitely your experts in getting your shower or tub waterproofed with the system that they offer! If you are wanting tile in your bathroom, they can install a system that is much better than the old traditional way that we used to put in bathrooms. Don't have a tile installation done if you aren't positive it won't leak!
